Our Quality Policy
Manual defines A&R’s overall quality system. It is a documented plan by
which A&R employees will implement and use as a guide to provide the
consistent exceptional service that A&R customers have come to expect.
The Executive Management
Team is committed to supporting and providing a working quality system so
that each employee can continuously improve processes in his/her work area.

ISO 9002 Certification
For over 30 years, A&R
Transport has grown into the company it is today because of CEO Jim
Bedeker’s strong commitment and dedication to total customer satisfaction by
delivering quality service. Because of this commitment, the Company’s focus
is made clear, which provides direction to our customers and employees with
our quality policy.
ISO 9002 Standardization
While established
procedures and processes have been in place for many years, we have adopted
the ISO 9002 Quality Standard as a way to formalize our Quality system.
Effective March 2000,
the A & R Transport, Inc. Quality Systems were certified in accordance with
the requirements of the International Standards ISO 9002:1994, and
corresponding to ANSI/ISO/ASQC Q9002-1994.
Rest assure our
commitment to quality does not end with certification. Our intent is to
blend our years of "Grass Roots" successes with a systematic plan for
continuous Quality improvement and performance excellence.
